Contest Overview
Recognized as the “Olympics of Youth Painting Art”, the World Cup Youth Painting Competition is the first international youth art event officially supported by UNICEF. Since its launch in Vancouver in 2012, it has united over 100,000 young artists annually from more than 50 countries, fostering global friendship, cultural exchange, and artistic innovation.

Intellectual Property and Participation Rules
Copyright and Usage of Entries

The intellectual property of all submitted works belongs to Jiahe Zhonglian (Beijing) International Art Education Consulting Co., Ltd. (“Jiahe Zhonglian”), the authorized operator of the competition in China.

Authors retain moral rights (right to be credited).

Jiahe Zhonglian has the right to retain, exhibit, auction, promote, publish, produce derivatives, and sell submitted works without payment to participants.
Use of Images and Recordings

Jiahe Zhonglian has the right to use images and recordings (photos, videos, audiovisual materials, etc.) of participants in competition activities for promotion through official Weibo, WeChat, Douyin, official website, and other channels.
Originality and Submission Requirements

Participants must ensure that submitted works are original creations and have not been used in any other competitions.

Original works will not be returned, and participants are responsible for all shipping costs.
Third-Party Rights and Legal Responsibility

Participants must ensure that their submissions do not infringe the rights of any third party, including copyrights, portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, and other legal rights.

Participants are fully responsible for any legal consequences arising from their works or participation.

If the competition or Jiahe Zhonglian suffers losses due to infringement of third-party rights caused by a participant’s work, Jiahe Zhonglian reserves the right to seek compensation from the participant, including but not limited to legal fees, preservation costs, and travel expenses.

Participants are responsible for any consequences resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided during registration.
No Refunds

Registration fees are non-refundable once paid.
Final Interpretation Rights

The World Youth Painting Competition Organizing Committee and its authorized operators reserve the final interpretation rights for this competition.
