Contest Overview
Inheriting Leonardo da Vinci’s Artistic Spirit & Building a Global Cultural Exchange Platform for Children
Leonardo da Vinci, a genius artist of the European Renaissance, was renowned for his extraordinary talent and creativity. His boldness in challenging conventions, pursuit of innovation, and respect and reverence for nature left a profound impact not only in his time but also for generations to come.
The Leonardo da Vinci International Children’s Art Award invites young artists aged 3–18 from around the world to submit their artworks. The competition aims to discover and showcase outstanding children’s artworks while providing a platform for cultural exchange among young people worldwide.
Celebrating Multicultural Diversity
The competition highlights the rich diversity of cultures across different regions and ethnic backgrounds. In the process of globalization, cultures from all countries and peoples should respect, exchange, learn from, integrate with, and promote one another, while retaining their unique charm. Together, they contribute to a harmonious multicultural landscape. This event encourages children to express global cultural diversity from their own perspective through art.
